Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS PTP Professional to manage and support the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes in Oracle E-Business Suite. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of procurement, purchasing, payables, and vendor management in Oracle EBS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on the implementation, support, and enhancement of Oracle EBS PTP modules like Purchasing, iProcurement, Payables, and Procurement Contracts.
- Understand and configure business processes related to procurement, invoicing, and payments.
- Work with users and business stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve functional issues.
- Perform system testing, UAT support, and training for end-users.
- Troubleshoot PTP-related issues and provide day-to-day support.
- Coordinate with technical teams for customizations, reports, and integrations.
- Ensure accurate data flow between modules and third-party systems.
Required Skills:
- Strong functional experience in Oracle EBS PTP modules (Purchasing, Payables, iProcurement).
- Good understanding of Oracle R12 environment.
- Experience with supplier management, PO cycle, invoice processing, and payment workflows.
- Knowledge of accounting entries, tax configurations, and period closing activities.
- Ability to work with SQL for data validation and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with business process documentation and system testing.
