Production Support:
- Provide ongoing production support for Oracle HRMS and UK Payroll systems, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and minimal business disruption.
Technical Development:
- Design, develop, and troubleshoot custom solutions using PL/SQL, Oracle Application Framework (OAF), and WebADI for Oracle EBS.
Modules Expertise:
- Work extensively with Oracle HRMS modules including Self-Service HR (SSHR), Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), and UK Payroll, ensuring smooth functionality and integration.
Techno-Functional Role:
- Act as a techno-functional consultant with an 80% technical and 20% functional focus, supporting HR and payroll processes and customizations.
Integration & Customization:
- Customize and extend standard Oracle applications using OAF and support data uploads and extractions via WebADI.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with functional teams and end-users to understand requirements, analyze issues, and deliver effective technical solutions.
Documentation & Best Practices:
- Maintain detailed documentation of technical solutions, processes, and support procedures while following Oracle best practices.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar techno-functional role, predominantly focused on Oracle EBS production support.
Technical Expertise:
- Strong proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Application Framework (OAF), and Oracle EBS modules such as HRMS, UK Payroll, OTL, SSHR, and WebADI.
Functional Understanding:
- Working knowledge of HRMS business processes and functional flows, especially in UK Payroll and Time and Labor.
Problem-Solving:
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to handle complex support issues in a live environment.
