Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide production support for Oracle HRMS and Payroll systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues
Develop and maintain solutions in PL/SQL, OAF, WebADI, and Oracle Application Framework
Support and enhance Self-Service HR (SSHR) and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) modules
Manage and optimize UK Payroll configurations and processing
Implement and support IAM solutions and work with Oracle Internet Directory (OID) for user access management
Perform Techno-Functional analysis and troubleshooting (80% technical / 20% functional)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, HR, Payroll, and IT teams globally
Adhere to Oracle security best practices and access control standards

Primary Skills Required:

Oracle HRMS & Payroll (Production support experience mandatory)
UK Payroll expertise
Self-Service HR (SSHR), Oracle Time and Labor (OTL)
Oracle Application Framework (OAF), WebADI
Strong PL/SQL development capabilities
IAM and Oracle Internet Directory (OID) implementation and support
Experience working in a Techno-Functional capacity
