Required Knowledge / Skills / Experience:
- Proficient in Oracle eBusiness functionality, e.g., HR and Payroll.
- Knowledge of Oracle Fast Formulas
- Expertise in HR/Payroll Schema and Oracle Published APIs
- Expertise in Advanced SQL & PL/SQL
- Good Understanding of Performance Tuning
- Experience in Designing and Coding Technical Interfaces
- Experience in Web ADI, OAF, Workflow, Alerts
- Experience in AME
- Experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Experience in Java Programming would be an added advantage
- Understanding of Oracle AIM Documents MD050, MD070, BR100 etc.
- Global team player with proven abilities to work in complex, cross-functional, and geographically diverse teams.
- Fluent in English
- Ability to handle demanding work situations with multiple priorities
- Ability to interface with business users independently
