Job DescriptionWe are looking for an Oracle EBS Financials Functional Consultant with strong implementation experience and deep domain knowledge in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, specifically in Payments, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounting modules.
Key Responsibilities- Lead requirements gathering, gap analysis, and functional solution design for Payments and SLA processes
- Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions
- Work on end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes
- Configure and manage Payments, AP, and Subledger Accounting (SLA) modules
- Implement Host-to-Host integrations between Oracle EBS and commercial banks
- Define and manage Payment Process Profiles (PPP), Payment Process Requests (PPR), formats, and validations
- Prepare business process flows, BR100 documents, and Functional Design Documents (FDDs)
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and SOX standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure effective communication across teams
- Work in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments
Required Skills- Strong experience in Oracle EBS Financials implementation
- Expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) flow
- Hands-on experience in Payments, AP, and Accounting modules
- Knowledge of SLA (Subledger Accounting)
- Experience with banking integrations (Host-to-Host)
- Understanding of PPP, PPR, payment formats, and validations
- Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or large enterprise environments
