About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials/CRM Techno-Functional Consultant who can work across both functional and technical areas. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Oracle Financials (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM) or Oracle CRM modules, along with hands-on development experience in PL/SQL, Interfaces, Conversions, and Integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide techno-functional support for Oracle EBS Financials and/or CRM modules.
- Work on requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Develop and support RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions).
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide end-to-end resolutions.
- Work with business users to gather requirements and provide functional recommendations.
- Perform setups, functional configurations, and documentation.
- Develop PL/SQL scripts, APIs, and integrations with third-party systems.
- Support upgrades, patching, and system enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as an Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant.
- Strong knowledge in at least one major Financials module (AP/AR/GL/FA/CM) or Oracle CRM (Service, Field Service, OM, OKS, TCA, etc.).
- Hands-on expertise in PL/SQL, Forms, OAF, Workflows, and Personalizations.
- Experience with RICE components and Integrations (REST/SOAP preferred).
- Good understanding of EBS table structures and data flow across modules.
- Ability to interact with business teams, gather requirements, and translate them into solutions.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have:
- Experience with Oracle Cloud/Fusion is a plus.
- Exposure to Web ADI, BI Publisher, and XML Publisher.
- Familiarity with EBS upgrade cycles (e.g., 12.1 → 12.2).
- Knowledge of finance processes like procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, accounting, and reporting.
Education:
- B.E / B. Tech / MCA /Any Engineering/Equivalent professional qualification.
