Responsibilities:
Project Implementation:
- Handle end-to-end Oracle EBS and Cloud technical implementation projects.
- Manage requirement collection, design, development, and testing of project tasks.
- Drive project execution while keeping all stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and issues.
- Ensure adherence to quality processes, including verification and validation of deliverables.
Technical Expertise:
- Develop and maintain Oracle EBS technical solutions.
- Work with Oracle APIs for AR and outbound conversions.
- Design and develop RDF/RTF reports.
- Apply basic knowledge of EDI integrations in project implementations.
Team Management & Collaboration:
- Manage diversified teams with onsite and offshore presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Facilitate effective communication across the project team and stakeholders.
Tools & Methodologies:
- Use project management and tracking tools such as MS Project, Zoho, ServiceNow, Jira.
- Leverage MS Office products like Excel and PowerPoint for reporting, documentation, and presentations.
- Ensure compliance with project management and quality standards.
