Job Title: Oracle EBS Architect
Location: Pune
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture:
- Design and develop end-to-end architecture for Oracle EBS modules (Financials, SCM, HRMS, etc.).
- Ensure integration with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
Technical Leadership:
- Provide guidance to development teams on best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization.
- Review technical designs and ensure compliance with architectural principles.
System Upgrades & Migration:
- Lead Oracle EBS upgrades, patches, and migration projects.
- Plan and execute cloud migration strategies (OCI or hybrid environments).
Performance & Security:
- Conduct performance tuning and capacity planning.
- Implement security standards and compliance measures.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with business analysts and functional consultants to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Documentation & Governance:
- Maintain architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and governance frameworks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS implementation and architecture.
- Expertise in multiple EBS modules (Financials, SCM, HRMS).
- Strong experience in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, and OA Framework.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of Oracle Database, WebLogic, and Linux/Unix environments.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and integration tools.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or Oracle EBS certification.
- Experience with R12 upgrades and cloud migration.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
