We are looking for Oracle SCM Functional Consultant with Multiple Projects for Hyderabad location.
Job Role : Oracle SCM Functional Consultant
Location : Hyderabad
Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days
Experience: 8 to 15+ years
Relevant Exp : Minimum of 6 Years in Oracle SCM functional Consultant
Mandatory : Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Management, Order Management, Logistics, Product Life Cycle Management, Procurement, Transportation Management, Global Supply Chain Management, Implementation, EBS, Collaborative.
Purpose of the role:
Oracle SCM Functional Consultant shall be responsible for Oracle SCM and Procurement, Configuration, designing, application management, troubleshooting, monitoring updates and support period end close, and providing end user support.
Key Responsibilities
Service delivery:
- Manage SDLC development including design, development and updating of systems.
- Manage application tickets, update status, diagnosis information adding, KPI definition and publication.
- Use remote support tools to install, change or assist with various technical issues and requests.
- Fully unit test and integration test new/changed services prior to delivery to the customer.
- Handle technical queries related to application and products.
- Provide on-call support for systems issue resolution.
- Directly manage the configuration and operational management of Oracle Purchasing and Procurement.
- Develop technical handbooks to represent the design and code of new applications.
Functional Skills:
- Demonstrable experience as an application support engineer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of software design and programming principles.
- Ability to manage configurations, instance migration, document configuration changes, and monitor performance.
- Exceptional ability to provide front-end support to internal departments.
- Advanced proficiency in determining the causes of application errors and repairing them.
- Ability to keep up with innovation in application design.
