As a consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and customizing Oracle solutions to meet client requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations to optimize supply chain processes and enhance forecasting accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure Oracle Demantra and VCP applications in accordance with client business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough testing of Oracle solutions to ensure functionality and performance meet quality standards.
- Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate the effective use of Oracle applications.
- Analyze supply chain data and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Oracle Demantra and VCP applications.
- Stay up-to-date with Oracle application updates and industry best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients.

Skills and Tools Required:
- Strong understanding of Oracle Demantra and Value Chain Planning (VCP) applications.
- Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL for data manipulation and reporting.
- Experience with supply chain management concepts and processes, including demand planning and inventory management.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
- Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications in Oracle applications or supply chain management are an advantage.
