Were seeking an Oracle Delivery Manager with 15+ years of leadership experience to lead successful projects across industries like Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, and Education.

Requirements:
- Total Enterprise experience 15+ Years.
- 8+ Years in Delivery mmanagement
Roles & Responsibilities:
- 8+ years in application modernization and digital transformation, with a strong consulting focus, particularly using Oracle Fusion Cloud technologies (ERP, EPM, HCM, Payroll, Analytics).
- Proven experience managing and guiding large, complex delivery teams and handling stakeholder management in multi-departmental or multi-pillar engagements.
- Expertise in CMMI/ISO processes, with flexibility for both short-term and long-term travel.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle OUM or True Cloud methodologies, and participation in at least three Oracle Fusion finance implementations as a consultant or architect.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a solid commercial understanding to handle project challenges in complex environments.
Certifications:
- Oracle Finance Cloud
- Oracle fusion Finance
Experience Criteria:
- Total Enterprise experience 15+ Years.
- 8+ Years in collaborative Delivery management and hands-on with Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Implementations.
Background/Academic Qualification:
- Bachelor's /Post Graduate degree or higher in science or engineering.
- MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
