Provide technical support within the agreed Service Levels
Perform Database software installation, upgrades and apply relevant patches
Perform Database migrations, upgradations cloud, intra platform or inter platforms
Expertise in Oracle Versions: 12c, 19c, RAC, OGG and OEM
Build and Deploy/Implement Solutions. Perform Capacity Planning and DR Planning
Troubleshooting and fixing incidents
Clone one environment from another
Database backup, restore and recovery
Data Archival activities
Assist the development community with the resolution of miscellaneous queries and problems
Database space management
Implementing releases and service requests
Server monitoring including health checks at server level and database level
Timely escalation of issues to Team Lead or appropriate channel
Performance and Tuning of database
GoldenGate Replication
ZDM (Zero Downtime Migration) capabilities
