Job Description

  • Provide technical support within the agreed Service Levels
  • Perform Database software installation, upgrades and apply relevant patches
  • Perform Database migrations, upgradations cloud, intra platform or inter platforms
  • Expertise in Oracle Versions: 12c, 19c, RAC, OGG and OEM
  • Build and Deploy/Implement Solutions. Perform Capacity Planning and DR Planning
  • Troubleshooting and fixing incidents
  • Clone one environment from another
  • Database backup, restore and recovery
  • Data Archival activities
  • Assist the development community with the resolution of miscellaneous queries and problems
  • Database space management
  • Implementing releases and service requests
  • Server monitoring including health checks at server level and database level
  • Timely escalation of issues to Team Lead or appropriate channel
  • Performance and Tuning of database
  • GoldenGate Replication
  • ZDM (Zero Downtime Migration) capabilities
