Job Details
- We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle DBA with 5+ years of experience and exposure to Azure and AWS cloud environments to manage enterprise databases and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in database administration, backup and recovery, performance tuning, and cloud environment setup. This role involves supporting mission-critical systems while ensuring database reliability, security, and scalability.

- Oracle DBA Administration (11g / 12c / 19c)
- Database Installation, Configuration, and Upgrades
- Database Backup & Recovery using RMAN
- Database Restore, Cloning, and Refresh Activities
- Oracle Performance Tuning and Optimization
- High Availability & Disaster Recovery (Data Guard, Standby Database)
- Tablespace, Schema, and Storage Management
- Database Monitoring and Health Checks
- Rack / Server Setup and Environment Creation
- Production, UAT, and Development Environment Support
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix commands and shell scripting
- Cloud Infrastructure Management on Azure and AWS
- VM Creation, Storage Provisioning, and Resource Scaling
- Database Migration from On-Premises to Cloud (Azure/AWS)
- Incident Handling, Root Cause Analysis, and Documentation
EDUCATION PROFILE
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Adobe AEM certifications (Developer or Forms) are advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor, and support Oracle databases across multiple environments.
- Plan, implement, and maintain database backup, restore, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Create and maintain database servers, rack environments, and cloud infrastructure resources.
- Ensure database security, availability, and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with application, DevOps, and infrastructure teams for seamless system operations.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support scheduled maintenance activities.
