Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Database Administrator with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Database, including Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC), along with administration exposure to MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL. The role involves database administration, monitoring, backup and recovery, security, and providing 24x7 production support in an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities(not limited to)
- Provide administration and operational support for Oracle Database, including RAC environments, and other supported databases
- Perform routine database activities such as monitoring, maintenance, and operational support
- Support backup and recovery activities as per defined organizational standards
- Troubleshoot database-related issues and coordinate resolution with relevant teams
- Work closely with application, infrastructure, and support teams to ensure database stability
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements
- Participate in on-call or production support rotations as required
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience in Database Administration
- Strong working knowledge of Oracle Database
- Exposure to MySQL, MS SQL Server, and PostgreSQL
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Basic Linux/Unix operating system knowledge
- Experience working in support or operational environments
Good to Have
- Experience with cloud-based database environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
