Job Description

  • Implement and configure Oracle Customer Engagement Cloudto align with business needs and optimize customer interactions.
  • Design and manage customer segmentation, loyalty programs, and promotional campaignsto enhanceengagement and customer retention.
  • Set up and manage Loyalty Programs & Award Programs, ensuring seamless execution and tracking.
  • Configure and maintain Gift Card Programs, ensuring integration with POS and other transactional systems.
  • Integrate Oracle Customer Engagement Cloudwith enterprise systems such as POS, ERP, and eCommerce platformsfor a unified customer experience.
  • Analyze customer datato optimize targeted marketing, promotions, and engagement strategies.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshootingto resolve system issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholdersto gather requirements, recommend best practices, and implement solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity, compliance, and securitywithin the Oracle Customer Engagement Cloud ecosystem.
  • Conduct training sessions and develop user documentationto support system adoption and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on Oracle updates and new features, ensuring continuous improvement and system enhancements.
  • Proficiency in SQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and Oracle BI reportingfor data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong troubleshooting and workflow optimization skillsfor customer engagement solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skillsto work with business and technical teams.
