Oracle CPQ Cloud Consultant

• We are looking for a skilled Oracle CPQ Cloud Consultant with 4 to 6 years of experience to design, configure, and implement Oracle CPQ Cloud solutions that optimize and automate the quote-to-cash process. The candidate will work closely with sales, finance, and IT teams to understand business requirements and deliver scalable, efficient CPQ solutions that enhance customer experience and streamline sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business processes and CPQ needs.
• Design and configure Oracle CPQ Cloud applications, including product catalogs, pricing, discounting, approvals, and workflow rules.
• Develop and customize CPQ templates, rules, and scripts to meet complex quoting scenarios.
• Integrate Oracle CPQ Cloud with CRM, ERP, and other enterprise applications using APIs and middleware.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, finance, and IT to ensure alignment of CPQ solutions with business goals.
• Provide guidance on CPQ best practices and process improvements.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during development and deployment phases.
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users and administrators.
• Support post-deployment maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements of CPQ solutions.
• Stay updated on Oracle CPQ Cloud product updates and new features to continuously improve solution capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4 to 6 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle CPQ Cloud solutions.
• Strong knowledge of CPQ configuration including product modeling, pricing, discounting, workflow, and approvals.
• Experience with scripting languages used in Oracle CPQ (Groovy, JavaScript).
• Understanding of integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft).
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Oracle CX Sales, Salesforce) and ERP integrations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with technical and business teams.
• Experience in requirement analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment.

Preferred Skills:

• Oracle CPQ Cloud certifications.
• Experience with Oracle CX Suite or other Oracle Cloud applications.
• Knowledge of agile project methodologies.
• Understanding of quote-to-cash business processes.
