We have multiple openings for different positions for Oracle ERP role across PAN India location.

Below are few descriptions.

Oracle Cloud ERP SCM Functional Job Description :

Candidate should have prior Oracle Cloud SCM experience from both Functional and technical standpoint. Should have complete understanding of Oracle Cloud Module as detailed below and SCM Process flows. A very good understanding of Fusion process and architecture

Modules:

Oracle Cloud SCM: Inventory, Product Hub, Order Management, GOP, Purchasing, Supplier Portal, Procurement Self Service.

Key Skills:

Extensive years of experience being an Oracle Cloud SCM Consultant with minimum 5 to 12 years of overall experience. With minimum 1 implementation experience for any of the Cloud Modules

Good experience in analysing and Solution design for these module

Must have written AN100 document either for Reports, Conversion and Integration etc.

Good knowledge of overall Oracle Fusion architecture and Approval management process (AMX).

Very good at managing users and working with stakeholders

Client facing experience will be added value

Fluent in English

Oracle Cloud ERP Finance Functional Job Description :

Seasoned Oracle ERP Cloud Finance Functional resource working in financial systems environment.

Serve as the hand-on Oracle ERP Cloud Finance Functional consultant for the following skills

Mandatory Skills -

  • General Ledger
  • Subledger Accounting
  • Fixed Assets
  • Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay/Order-to-Cash business processes and Fusion modules

Good to have skills -

  • Fusion Tax
  • Advanced Collections
  • Procurement (PTP cycle)

ERP PPM Functional Job Description :

Extensive Oracle Fusion work experience in PPM

Knowledge of Finance modules is desirable

Work experience in all project phases - Analysis/Design/ Configuration/Testing /Transition

Support experience is desirable

Excellent communication skill

HCM Functional Consultant Job Description:

Should have at least 2-3 Implementation Experience as a Functional Consultant.

Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle HCM solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition, and solution design.

Should be able to write Fast formulas

Should have good communication and presentation skills

Must have good understanding of AIM/OUM processes/phases and documentation

Cloud Certification if preferred

Senior profiles with more than 8+ years experience should have 4-5 cloud

projects implementation.

Should have done to end to end implementation for the below modules:

Global HR, HRHD and Absences

Cloud Payroll

Talent Management

Oracle Time and Labor

Oracle Compensation and Benefits

ORC and OLC

HCM Technical Consultant Job Description:

Practitioner/expert level knowledge in at least 2 of the following tools: HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, OTBI Reports, REST Web services, Fast Formula

In depth knowledge in at least two of HCM Cloud Modules:

Core HR

Absences

Benefits

Payroll

Workforce Compensation

OTL

Oracle recruit.

Cloud -certification will be an advantage

EPM Consultant Job Description:

Expert in architecting solutions on Oracle Enterprise performance management (EPM) cloud tools i.e., EPBCS / ARCS / PCMCS, FCCS Narrative Reporting, HFR, Data Management.

Led multiple transformational programs on Oracle Enterprise Performance Management suite across various industry verticals: Finance, Retail, CPG, Logistics and Public sector

Developed industry standard specific tools as part of pre-sales and also estimated various project budgets

Developed and used various industry standard continuous development accelerators (Reusable EPM Automate backup scripts, reusable RTM templates)

Expert in delivering various Enterprise performance cloud solutions in all the following tools: EPBCS / ARCS / PCMCS etc.

Created several Go-To-Market (GTM) flyers for internal and external consumption

Generated new business for the competency by producing valuable suggestions to customer.

EBS TechnicalConsultant Job Description

  • 612 years of experience in Oracle EBS technical development, preferably in a retail or finance domain.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Oracle PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, Workflow, OAF, and Shell Scripting.
  • Good understanding of Oracle Financials modules (AR, AP, FA, GL, PA).
  • Experience in performance tuning and debugging Oracle applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Develop, customize, and support Oracle EBS modules including AR, AP, OIC, PA, FA, and GL.
  • Design and implement technical solutions using Oracle PL/SQL, Shell Scripting, Oracle Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, Workflow, and OAF.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Participate in unit testing, code reviews, and deployment activities.
