Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Recruitment, Benefits, and Performance Management. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and implement Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Recruitment, Benefits, and Performance Management
Analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle Fusion HCM functionality
Develop and maintain functional documentation, including business requirements documents, functional design documents, and testing scripts
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide solutions to meet those needs
Conduct fit-gap analysis, data conversion, and data validation
Develop and deliver training to clients on Oracle Fusion HCM functionality
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Fusion HCM implementation
Stay up-to-date with Oracle Fusion HCM releases and new functionality
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience implementing Oracle Fusion HCM
Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Recruitment, Benefits, and Performance Management
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams
Strong documentation and testing skills
Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM implementation methodologies and tools
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration)
Nice to Have:
Experience with any 2 Oracle Fusion HCM modules
Knowledge of SAP Payroll and other HCM modules
Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
Experience with data conversion and data validation
Certification in Oracle Fusion HCM in any two modules.
