Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant

Job Description

We are hiring for one of our reputed clients based in Gurgaon for the position of Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant. This is a full-time role requiring support in US Shift (5:30 PM 2:30 AM).

The consultant will be responsible for implementation, support, configuration, reporting, integrations, and stakeholder collaboration within Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end implementation and application support for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud

Work on modules including Core HR, US Payroll, Absence Management, Talent Management, Compensation, Performance Management, Benefits, Learning, Help Desk and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)

Configure and support Fast Formula, Value Sets, UDTs and Personalization

Develop and maintain BI Publisher, OTBI Reports, Dashboards and Infolets

Perform workflow configuration using BPM

Handle data migration and integrations using HDL, HSDL, PBL, HCM Extract and Web Services

Work on quarterly Oracle updates testing, validation and deployment

Support incident, change and problem management aligned with ITIL processes

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and functional teams

Prepare documentation, user manuals and knowledge base articles

Work with Oracle Support for bug fixes and product enhancements

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 3+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud as a Techno-Functional Consultant

Experience in at least 23 full lifecycle implementations or support projects

Strong knowledge of HCM security setup and role-based access

Experience in BI Publisher report development (data models, bursting, scheduling)

Hands-on experience in OTBI reporting and SQL queries

Experience with FBDI, ADFDI, HDL and integration tools

Knowledge of SSO and OpKey (preferred)

Strong communication, documentation and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
