Roles & Responsibilities:

Experience:

• 5–7 years of relevant experience working in Oracle Commerce Cloud (OCC)
• Should have worked in at least 1 full life cycle OCC implementation with both B2B and B2C commerce knowledge
• Should have worked in multisite and multilingual OCC implementations
• Experience in a client-facing role
• Good exposure in handling integrations and data conversion activities
• Experience in solution design, drafting functional specifications, and driving the solution
• Hands-on with application configuration, test case preparation, and execution

Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Deliver solutions to support Oracle Commerce Cloud (OCC) using analysis and design methodologies for full life cycle development
• Provide technical support to the OCC platform and its integrations
• Perform design, development, testing, code review, and post-production support activities
• Support the technical design, development, and implementation of enhancements and integrations for OCC
• Design and develop storefront mapping, catalogs, and widgets for OCC
• Create integrations using module-related APIs and web services to/from OCC
• Collaborate with team to provide technical solutions aligned with long-term technology strategy
• Perform technical analysis of requirements and understand technical documentation of desired system changes
• Review and develop customizations, extensions, and modifications of existing systems
• Track, troubleshoot, and repair OCC and integration issues
• Provide production support, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance for custom programs
• Coordinate efforts with the client's database and application teams
• Proactively manage service requests with Oracle Support as needed

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience in Oracle Commerce (ATG, Endeca) and Oracle Commerce Cloud (OCC)
• Experience in development, configuration, testing, and documentation of commerce solutions (web and mobile)
• Proficiency in Java and UI development using JavaScript frameworks:
• Knockout.js, React, Angular, Bootstrap, jQuery, Node.js, HTML, CSS, AJAX, HTML5, CSS3
• Experience in Classic and OSF OCC implementations
• Experience with system-to-system integrations and interfacing with Oracle EBS and integration platforms like:
• Boomi, Oracle OIC
• Strong understanding of SOAP/REST/XML/JSON web services
• Experience with Oracle Database 12c or higher, with solid SQL skills
• Assist business users during CRPs, SITs, and UATs
• Prepare test scripts and test cases
• Conduct training sessions
• Prepare quality deliverables
