Job Description

  • Design, develop, and implement Oracle TRCS applications to meet financial reporting and tax compliance requirements
  • Configure TRCS metadata, data forms, and data validations for financial reporting
  • Collaborate with business users to gather and document reporting requirements
  • Support Hyperion Planning and EPM data integration with TRCS
  • Ensure data governance and integrity within TRCS system
  • Customize TRCS reports and dashboards to provide valuable insights
  • Develop and maintain complex business rules and calculations in TRCS
  • Perform system testing and troubleshooting for TRCS applications
  • Train and support end-users in TRCS functionalities and best practices
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery
  • Provide technical support and contribute to system documentation
  • Ensure compliance with security and access controls within TRCS
  • Work on ad-hoc projects and tasks related to TRCS and EPM
  • Contribute to the continuous development and enhancement of TRCS capabilities

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle TRCS
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting and tax compliance
  • Proficiency in Oracle EPM/Hyperion Planning tools
  • Strong understanding of EPM data integration and data governance
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and pivot tables
  • Experience with SQL and database querying
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to interpret and translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with business stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Relevant Oracle certifications is a plus
  • Understanding of financial processes and regulatory compliance is advantageous
  • Experience in end-user training and support is preferred
