Job Description: We're looking for aSubject Matter Expert (SME)with a deep understanding ofSupply Chain Managementprocesses within 3PL logistics industry.
This role will lead solution design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Cloud SCM modules, with a special focus onCosting and Manufacturing modules.
Responsibilities:
- Provide best practices system-level recommendations, guidance, and knowledge transfer throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify future-state needs and align them with Oracle Costing, Manufacturing modulesconfiguration and system functionality.
- Proficiency in other SCM modules, i.e Oracle Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, GoP
- Create prototypes, approach documents, and quick reference guides to ensure alignment with client requirements and current-state business processes.
- Coordinate pre-development and post-development review sessions with development team, carriers, and clients.
- Prepare functional specifications for interfaces with external systems.
- Provide support for user acceptance testing (UAT) and create integrated UAT test plans across multiple modules.
Required Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
- More than 3 years of experience in Implementation of Oracle Costing and Inventory modules.
- Proven expertisein global Oracle Cloud implementations.
- Proficiency in Oracle Supply Chain configuration and system functionality.
- Experience in conducting workshops, documenting requirements, and validating current-state processes.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to prepare meticulous design documents for integrations and reports.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong documentation, testing, and training delivery skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Oracle Cloud Certifications in Inventory Management and Costing.
- Experience with third-party logistics integrations.
- Knowledge of compliance and auditing in Utilities.
- Experience with multi-org, multi-country deployments
