Oracle Cloud Order Management Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Order Management Functional Consultant to join our team in Chennai, Bengaluru, or Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud Order Management solutions. You will be responsible for gathering business requirements, configuring Oracle Cloud applications, providing training to end-users, and ensuring successful integration with other modules. Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to Order Management processes.
• Configure and implement Oracle Cloud Order Management modules to meet client needs.
• Provide functional expertise and support during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
• Conduct user training sessions and create training materials for end-users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Order Management with other Oracle Cloud modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Order Management processes and configurations.
• Stay updated with the latest Oracle Cloud updates and best practices in Order Management.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4-8 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Order Management implementation and support.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• More than 3 years of experience in the implementation of the Oracle Cloud Order Management module.
• Strong functional experience and expertise in Oracle Cloud Order Management, Global Order Promising, Shipping, and Pricing modules
• Proficiency in Oracle Supply Chain configuration and system functionality.
• Experience in conducting workshops, documenting requirements, and validating current-state processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to prepare meticulous design documents for integrations and reports.
• Strong understanding of Order Management processes, including order capture, fulfillment, and invoicing.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud applications and modules related to Order Management.
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
