Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead
Description:
The ideal candidate will have proven hands-on experience in implementing some of the core Oracle Cloud HCM solutions. Preference will be given to persons with experience in multiple modules listed below:
Core HR, Absence, Benefits and Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Performance, Learning and Training
Key Requirements:
- At least 10-plus years of HCM domain experience with at least 3 full life cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM projects in modules like Core HCM, Absence, Benefits and Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Performance, Learning, and Training
- Should have at least 5 plus years of proven hands-on experience in the implementation of core modules of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
- Should have Team Lead/ Project Lead experience in managing stakeholders and internal team members
- Should have Production Support Experience in resolving tickets using tools like SNOW, Jira, or Remedy
- Should be aware of Year-end support, applying patches / providing analysis on patches, and working closely with users
- Should have worked on Agile methodology in executing daily work
- Should have expertise in understanding business requirements, creating functional specifications, Mapping requirements, and performing fit-gap analysis
- Providing Hypercare Support Post Go Live, Providing Application Support /Upgrade Support/ any Enhancement work to deliver to client
- Should possess excellent communication skills and perform a facing role
- Should have experience in providing estimation for given work and working with the technical team in sharing the requirement
Nice to Have:
Any HCM Cloud certification would be desirable
Qualifications:
Oracle HRMS and Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead with 10+ years of experience.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or equivalent
