Position: Oracle Cloud HCM Functional- Absence, OTL
Location: Hyderabad/Remote
Roles and Responsibilities:
- 7+ years of experience in Functional areas of work with a minimum of 3 years in Oracle Cloud in Absence and OTL.
- Proficiency in Absence and OTL modules of Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Good understanding and work experience in Fast Formulas
- Working experience in another module other than Absence and OTL is also required
- Proficiency in understanding client requirements and mapping them with the delivered features of the product
- Identifying Gaps and proposing potential workarounds to the client
- Estimation of work for Vanilla implementation and for Personalizations/work-arounds and Reports/integrations/enhancements needed
- Client presentations and Demos for some modules
- Proficiency in understanding the client's support needs and Sierra-Cedar's delivery models that would suit the client.
- Proposal creation and responses to RFP with overall solution
- Understanding the nuances of new releases and features to update clients on newer solutions and newer estimations
- Ownership of delivery and customer relationship for the project that is being managed
- Mentoring and guidance to the project team. Quality tracking and team feedback.
- Status reporting to internal stakeholders and the client
- Coordinate with Oracle SMEs as needed to arrive at the industry-leading solutions for the clients.
- Provide out-of-the-box solutions when the situation demands
Other Skills/Requirements:
Ability to conduct training and knowledge sharing sessions in Fusion applications.
Exhibit effective analytical skills & organizational skills.
Good command over spoken & written English.
Effectively manages scope and customer expectations on individual assignments.
Follows through on all assignments and takes ownership of customer issue.
