Oracle Cloud ERP Security Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, SOX-compliant Oracle Cloud security solutions.
• Configure and customize Oracle Risk Management Cloud (AAC, AFC, FRC).
• Manage user and role provisioning, security profiles, and HDL data loads.
• Conduct security assessments, patch impact analysis, and regression testing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across security, functional, and development teams.
• Support compliance initiatives including SOX, SOD, and access controls.
• Secure BI reports, OTBI, and data models across ERP and HCM modules.
• Document design workshops and participate in onsite/offshore delivery models.

Required Skills:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM Security.
• Strong understanding of role-based access control, security consoles, and Oracle application security.
• Experience with HDL, OTBI, custom role creation, and data roles.
• Knowledge of SOX, SOD, and risk management best practices.
• Familiarity with SDLC processes, security patching, and audit support.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Oracle RMC, including AAC, AFC, FRC modules.
• Prior consulting or Big 4 experience is a plus.
• Security certifications: CISA, CISSP, CISM (preferred).
• Scripting/automation knowledge: Python, C#, VBA.
• PL/SQL for troubleshooting and analysis.
