Your role, your impact
As an Oracle Cloud EPM Data Integration Lead Consultant, you'll lead the design and implementation of Oracle EPM Data Integration solutions. You'll collaborate with clients to map business needs to integration capabilities, ensuring scalable and efficient data flows across EPM applications. This role combines technical expertise, client engagement, and leadership to deliver automated, accurate, and high-quality data movement supporting critical planning, consolidation, and reconciliation processes.
Your day-to-day
- Provide domain, technical, and functional expertise to design and implement Oracle EPM Data Integration (Data Exchange, Data Management, FDMEE, ODI, EPM Integration Agent);
- Communicate and drive project deliverables for Oracle EPM integration workstreams;
- Collaborate with clients and onshore teams to understand business requirements, advise on best practices, and document integration specifications;
- Configure integration workflows including data load rules, mappings, transformation logic, validation processes, automation scripts, and drill through setup;
- Build integrations using REST APIs, Groovy scripts, pipelines, and file-based automation;
- Support application and integration testing cycles including unit testing, SIT, and UAT;
- Work with peers to continuously improve delivery methodologies and increase project efficiency;
- Mentor junior consultants, guide offshore developers, and contribute to the professional growth of the team.
Keys to your success
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
- Minimum 8 years of experience with Oracle EPM Cloud applications with strong focus on Data Integration;
- Hands on experience with:
- Data Exchange / Data Management (CDM);
- FDMEE, ODI, EPM Integration Agent;
- REST APIs, Groovy scripting, EPM Automate;
- Integrations with EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, PCMCS.
- Minimum 4 years of experience implementing Oracle EPM Data Integration solutions end to end;
- Complete project lifecycle experience including requirements, design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare;
- Practical experience designing and configuring:
- Source/target system registrations;
- Data mappings and transformation rules;
- Validations, drill through, and reconciliation logic;
- Automated schedules using REST APIs and EPM Automate.
- Experience working with data from ERP systems (Oracle Fusion, EBS, SAP, PeopleSoft) and data warehouses;
- Experience leading small offshore teams and facilitating design sessions;
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across data pipelines and EPM load processes;
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools;
- Excellent communication, client-facing ability, and problem-solving skills.
Extra edge
- Experience with other Oracle EPM modules (EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, EDM, Narrative Reporting);
- Knowledge of ERP General Ledger and subledger data structures.
