Role: Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) Developer- Offshore
Location: Remote
Experience: 8+ Years
Key Responsibilities
️ Design & develop BI Publisher (BIP) reports in Oracle HCM Cloud
️ Build structured data extraction reports for downstream systems (e.g., Microsoft Fabric)
️ Develop complex SQL & PL/SQL queries for reporting needs
️ Create and manage XML/RTF templates, bursting, and scheduling
️ Ensure data accuracy, validation, and performance optimization
️ Work independently on reporting backlog with minimal supervision
Required Skills
Strong experience in Oracle BI Publisher (BIP)
Hands-on with Oracle HCM Cloud reporting (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, etc.)
Expertise in SQL & PL/SQL
Experience in data extraction and outbound reporting feeds
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
⭐ Good to Have
Exposure to OTBI
Experience with Microsoft Fabric/data platforms
Basic knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs
