Oracle Apps Techno-Functional HCM Consultant
Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad
Experience: 8+ years
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain Oracle HCM R12 modules, including Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Self-Service HR, and Performance Management.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, develop functional specifications, and provide technical solutions.
- Work on Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Extensions (RICE) components within Oracle Applications.
- Develop and maintain custom reports, interfaces, and data conversions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to HCM modules.
- Provide user support and training on Oracle HCM R12 functionalities.
- Stay updated on Oracle HCM R12 releases and emerging technologies.
Technical Expertise Required:
- Strong proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.2).
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL (Basic & Advanced), OAF, and XML Publisher.
- Expertise in Fast Formula development for all Oracle HCM modules, including Advanced Benefits.
- Experience in Oracle 12.2 data conversions and end-to-end implementations in Oracle Cloud.
Must-Have Skills:
️ Minimum 5 years of Oracle Functional & Technical consulting experience (Fast Formula expert).
️ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for Oracle Applications.
️ Excellent communication skills to interact directly with business and development teams.
️ Ability to work independently and lead technical projects without assistance.
️ Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours when required.
️ Full lifecycle knowledge of Oracle R12 Applications.
️ Oracle HCM R12 certification is a plus.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
8+ years of Oracle HCM R12 techno-functional experience.
