Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical expertise on Oracle Applications R12 (experience on 11i is an advantage)
Work across AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, and iProcurement modules with strong techno-functional understanding
Translate business requirements into workable standard or custom Oracle solutions
Develop and maintain tools including PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, Workflow, and Interfaces
Prepare test scripts, functional specification documents, and training manuals following AIM methodology
Create and track Oracle SRs for code-fixes, data-fixes, standard functionality issues, and ensure timely resolution
Support multi-country and multi-Operating Unit (OU) clients
Use incident management tools effectively, managing ticket statuses such as User Wait, Testing, etc.
