Title: Oracle EBS Developer (SCM)

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Developer with strong techno-functional expertise across key Supply Chain modules. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in PL/SQL, Oracle EBS R12.2.4, and will bring hands-on experience supporting and enhancing critical business processes in Inventory (INV), Order Management (OM), Shipping Execution (WSH) and related Supply Chain areas. Experience with ASCP, Workflow, and OAF is a strong plus.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and support customizations, extensions, and integrations across Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules (INV, OM, WSH).
- Work closely with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop complex PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and performance-tuned queries.
- Enhance and troubleshoot Oracle Workflow, personalization, and extensions.
- Support OAF-based custom UI components and page customizations (a plus).
- Participate in full SDLC activities including requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, and production deployment.
- Provide techno-functional support for Supply Chain configurations, setups, and related functional flows.
- Diagnose and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring stability and accuracy across all supply chain processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize existing processes and implement best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS development experience.
- Strong experience with Oracle EBS R12.2.x, preferably R12.2.4.
- Deep technical proficiency with PL/SQL, APIs, interfaces, conversions, reports, and extensions.
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain functional processes within INV, OM, WSH.
- Techno-functional ability to troubleshoot both functional issues and underlying technical components.
- Experience with Workflow Builder, AIM/OUM documentation, and technical design development.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with ASCP integration or planning workflows.
- Hands-on experience with OAF development and personalization.
- Exposure to related SCM modules such as Purchasing (PO), BOM, WIP, or Manufacturing.
- Knowledge of integration tools (SOA, Oracle Integration Cloud) is a plus.
