Oracle Cerner - Ambulatory + Ambulatory Scheduling Analyst

Role Overview:

Seeking an Ambulatory + Ambulatory Scheduling Analyst to support outpatient clinical workflows, optimize provider scheduling templates, and enhance ambulatory operations across clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and optimize outpatient clinical workflows within ambulatory systems
• Build and maintain provider scheduling templates, visit types, and slot logic
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to improve patient flow and scheduling efficiency
• Support system testing, troubleshooting, and enhancement rollout
• Contribute to initiatives that improve ambulatory quality metrics and reporting

Primary Skill:

• Outpatient clinical workflows
• PowerChart and MPages
• Ambulatory Scheduling

Secondary Skill:

Provider templates (build, maintenance, optimization)

Must Have Skills:

Knowledge of ambulatory quality metrics (eCQMs, throughput, access metrics)

Experience with ambulatory EHR/scheduling systems preferred

Good to Have:

Background in clinical operations, healthcare IT, or related fields
