Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud applications, with a focus on optimizing HR processes and providing exceptional client support.
Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Oracle HCM Cloud applications to meet business requirements.
- Provide support during the testing phase and assist in data migration activities.
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement using Oracle HCM solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Deliver training and support to end users to maximize the effective use of Oracle HCM solutions.
Skills and Qualifications
- 4-10 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, and Talent Management.
- Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data extraction and reporting.
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud integrations and data migration.
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices in the context of Oracle HCM.
