ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct vision tests and analyses the results, diagnose sight problems, such as nearsightedness or farsightedness, and eye diseases.
- Provide treatments such as vision therapy or low-vision rehabilitation.
- Provide high customer service-oriented eye check-ups. Build a strong relationship with customers by engaging the customers in explaining the Eye Exam Process of Refraction.
- Clinically competent to assist in providing customers with the best in lenses and contact lenses.
- To assist customers in selecting their lenses and frames
- To perform over-the-counter sales
- Commitment to Customer Satisfaction. Always putting the customer's needs first. Conducting competent and knowledgeable eye tests. Greeting customers immediately when they enter the store.
- Should have knowledge of International spectacle lens and frame brands
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Local / Karnataka candidate preferable
- BSc in Optometry / Diploma in Optometry
- Clinical Optometry
- Inventory Management
- Optometry customer handling
- Contact lens dispensing, contact lens fitting, and slit lamp evaluation
- Refraction and retinoscopy
- Experience in Hospitals and Optical Stores is required
- Past experience with reputed Eye Hospitals or Optical stores is preferred
- Clinical Knowledge and Expertise
Experience: 1-5 years of relevant experience as an Optometrist cum sales
