Job Title: Optometrist

We're hiring a licensed Optometrist to deliver expert virtual eye care. You'll conduct exams, diagnose and treat vision issues, and manage patient records using digital tools.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual eye exams and diagnose refractive errors and eye diseases
- Prescribe treatments, including glasses or contact lenses
- Use Workday Student for scheduling and record management
- Apply Business Catalyst to improve patient outreach
- Ensure compliance using Governance Minder
- Provide vision therapy and low-vision rehabilitation
- Educate patients on preventive eye care
- Stay updated on optometry trends and technologies
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals remotely
Requirements:
- Must be from Bombay or can relocate
- OD degree and a valid optometrist license
- Experience in remote optometric care
- Proficient with tools like Workday Student, Business Catalyst, Governance Minder
- Skilled in diagnosing and treating various eye conditions
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
