This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Optometrist. The Optometrist will be responsible for conducting comprehensive eye exams, diagnosing eye conditions, and prescribing corrective lenses. The role involves providing personalized treatment plans, educating patients about eye health, and assisting with pre-operative and post-operative patient care. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and utilizing cutting-edge diagnostic equipment will be integral to ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

• Proficiency in performing comprehensive eye examinations and accurately diagnosing visual and ocular conditions.
• Ability to prescribe and fit corrective lenses, contact lenses, and manage eye diseases and injuries.
• Experience with advanced diagnostic tools and technology for ophthalmic procedures.
• Strong patient care skills, including clear communication, empathy, and education on eye health and preventive measures.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver top-quality, ethical, and personalized eye care.
• Relevant educational qualifications, such as a degree in Optometry (Bachelor's or Master's), and necessary licensure to practice in India.
• Prior experience in a clinical or hospital setting is an advantage, but enthusiastic and skilled fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
