Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced OPT Recruiter – US IT Staffing with strong expertise in delivering senior-level profiles (9+ years) across the US IT market.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle
• Source and submit USC / GC / H4 EAD / L2 EAD / STEM OPT consultants
• Deliver high-quality senior (9+ years) profiles
• Strong hands-on experience with W2 hiring
• Use multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals)
• Screen, interview, and coordinate onboarding
• Maintain clear communication with candidates and internal teams

Required Skills

• 5+ years of US IT staffing experience
• Strong knowledge of US work authorizations
• Excellent sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced onsite environment
• Strong communication and relationship management
