Role Overview

As an IAM Technical Analyst & OPS Specialist, you will be the backbone of our Identity and Access Management infrastructure. You will bridge the gap between complex technical IAM configurations and seamless operational delivery. We are looking for a seasoned professional who can manage high-level technical troubleshooting while ensuring our identity governance frameworks are robust, scalable, and secure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Excellence: Lead the day-to-day operations of IAM platforms, ensuring 99.9% uptime for authentication services and identity synchronization.
  • Technical Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis into access failures, synchronization errors, and API integration issues between IAM tools and downstream applications.
  • Policy Management: Design, implement, and maintain Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) models.
  • Lifecycle Management: Oversee the automated joiner-mover-leaver (JML) processes to ensure zero-day provisioning and immediate de-provisioning.
  • Security & Compliance: Perform regular access reviews and SOD (Segregation of Duties) analysis to ensure compliance with global security standards.
  • Incident Response: Serve as the Level 3 escalation point for complex identity-related security incidents and system outages.
  • Mentorship: Provide technical guidance to junior analysts and contribute to the internal knowledge base.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 6 to 9 years of dedicated experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and IT Operations.
  • IAM Tooling: Hands-on expertise with at least one major platform (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, or Microsoft Entra ID).
  • Directory Services: Strong command of Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, and LDAP.
  • Protocols: Deep understanding of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SCIM.
  • Scripting: Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, or Bash for automating repetitive operational tasks.
  • Security Mindset: Knowledge of MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication), Adaptive Authentication, and Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate technical risks to non-technical stakeholders.
