Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Client & Business Consulting

  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders across assigned programs
  • Build and sustain strong client relationships to ensure service excellence
  • Identify operational gaps and improvement opportunities in underperforming programs
  • Provide consultative support to enhance efficiency, quality, and business outcomes

Team Management & Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop managers and specialists across horizontal functions such as Quality, Training, and Process Improvement
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning
  • Support succession planning and capability building within teams

Solutioning & New Business Support

  • Lead solutioning initiatives for new and existing business opportunities
  • Design scalable operational frameworks aligned with client expectations and organizational goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders during transition and implementation phases

Performance Management & Analytics

  • Track and analyze KPIs related to quality, productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Identify trends and risks using data and analytics
  • Drive data-backed decisions and corrective action plans to improve performance

Process Improvement & Cost Optimization

  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives using lean and best-practice methodologies
  • Streamline processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs
  • Ensure standardization and compliance across programs

Collaboration & Adaptability

  • Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Adapt to evolving business needs and take on additional responsibilities as required
