- Strong background in Infrastructure and AMS
- Ensure adherence to service levels, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Need to have knowledge on Devops and Automation mindset
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships; serve as a trusted delivery partner.
- Willingness to lead and drive AI strategy across the portfolio
- Strong people management and customer relationship skills
- Managed teams in the range of 50-100 employee portfolio
- Excellent communication skills, especially in explaining architecture decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
