This is an exciting opportunity for freshers/entry-level candidates to begin their career in Human Resources as an HR Recruiter. The ideal candidate will assist in the recruitment process, helping to identify and attract top talent for our organization.
Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Assist in preparing job descriptions and posting on various job boards
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events
- Support HR team with administrative tasks and projects as needed
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
