Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an OPEX Consultant located in Ahmedabad. The OPEX Consultant will work closely with MSME clients to enhance operational efficiency and implement industry best practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing current workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and designing tailored solutions to optimize productivity and resource utilization. The consultant will also train and guide clients on strategic initiatives, working capital management, and talent development, while ensuring alignment with the company's overall vision.

- Experience in operational excellence, process optimization, and resource management
- Strong skills in research, workflow analysis, and implementing industry best practices
- Ability to train, develop, and retain talent within diverse organizational roles
- Proficiency in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and driving organizational change
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients
- Knowledge of the MSME sector and its unique challenges is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
- Prior experience in consultancy or advisory roles is beneficial
