We are seeking a skilled OPERATOR - MECHANICAL & WATER SYSTEMS to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operating and maintaining mechanical systems within water distribution and treatment facilities, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain mechanical systems related to water distribution and treatment processes.
- Monitor and control water system operations to ensure optimal performance and compliance with regulations.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues in water systems promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of operations, maintenance, and repairs conducted on water systems.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement system upgrades and improvements.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in mechanical operations related to water systems or similar fields.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, pumps, valves, and water treatment processes.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment for troubleshooting mechanical issues.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics related to mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in water system operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
