Visual Merge Foundation is the nonprofit and charitable arm of Visual Merge, dedicated to driving social change through art and creativity. The foundation focuses on uplifting underprivileged communities, fostering youth talent, and expanding access to digital and visual arts. By collaborating with corporations, it designs and executes effective corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs that deliver measurable and sustainable impact.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Operations role based in New Delhi. The Operations professional will oversee daily organizational activities, manage projects, develop efficient workflows, and ensure alignment with the foundation's mission. Responsibilities include working closely with various departments, analyzing processes for improvement, coordinating with stakeholders, and contributing to the planning and execution of CSR and community development initiatives, and going to on ground campaigns by our team.

Qualifications

  • Proficient Analytical Skills and the ability to assess operations for efficiency and improvement
  • Having a positive and outspoken attitude during initiatives
  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Sales proficiency in building key partnerships and collaboratively working with corporate stakeholders is an added advantage
  • Proven leadership abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Prior experience in nonprofit or CSR-related projects is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field is preferred
