We're Hiring || Team Leader – Operations (Domestic Fintech Process)

- Shifts: Rotational
- Working Days: 6 days a week
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team to achieve KPIs & SLAs
- Drive performance metrics – Quality, Productivity, CSAT & Compliance
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution
- Conduct team huddles, coaching sessions & performance reviews
- Ensure adherence to process guidelines and regulatory norms
- Prepare and present daily/weekly performance reports
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in BFSI process (Banking/Financial Services/Insurance preferred)
- Strong people management & team handling experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
