• Analyze uploaded images, documents, and workshop reports to evaluate vehicle damage extent
• Interpret insurance policy terms and ensure claim assessment aligns with coverage conditions
• Verify reported damages for accuracy, completeness, and fairness in claim settlement
• Maintain neutrality and ensure unbiased assessment between insurer and policyholder
• Ensure timely completion and submission of survey reports for claim processing
• Communicate with workshops, customers, insurers, and internal teams for clarification and updates
• Maintain clear documentation of assessments and findings
• Apply knowledge of vehicle repair processes including labor and painting charges
• Follow compliance standards and avoid conflicts of interest during assessments
