Job Description For Operations Support Executive

Experience: 0- 1 year

Job Location: Bengaluru

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide professional customer support in English, Hindi, and Bangla through calls, emails, and other communication channels
  • Handle client billing coordination and bill collection, including follow-ups and basic reconciliation
  • Deliver Level 1 (L1) support and act as a backup support resource when required
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal employees and departments to resolve customer queries and operational issues
  • Liaise with vendors to manage service-related, operational, and support requirements
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports related to support and billing activities
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and service-level agreements (SLAs)
  • Escalate issues appropriately and follow up until closure

Required Skills

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in English(Verbal and Written), Hindi (Verbal), and Bangla (verbal)
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of L1 support processes and customer service operations
  • Ability to handle billing-related coordination and client follow-ups
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Good documentation and reporting skills
  • Time management and multitasking abilities
