Operations & Supply Chain Manager

About the Role
We are looking for an Operations & Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end coordination with our third-party manufacturing partners. This role will be responsible for vendor identification, negotiations, production coordination, quality control, and supply chain management to ensure smooth and efficient product manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard third-party manufacturers and vendors for product manufacturing.
- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract finalization with manufacturing partners.
- Coordinate with manufacturers to manage production planning, batch scheduling, and timely dispatch.
- Ensure quality standards, compliance, and process adherence during manufacturing and packaging.
- Conduct vendor audits and quality checks to maintain product consistency.
- Manage procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods inventory.
- Track manufacturing timelines, production output, and supply chain efficiency.
- Resolve operational issues related to production delays, quality concerns, or vendor coordination.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure demand forecasting and inventory planning.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5+ years experience in operations, supply chain, vendor management, or manufacturing coordination.
- Background in FMCG, pharmaceuticals, Ayurveda, or nutraceuticals preferred.
- Experience working with contract manufacturers / third-party manufacturers.
- Strong skills in vendor negotiations and relationship management.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Highly organized with strong execution and problem-solving skills.
