About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, execution-driven Project Manager to oversee and deliver physical asset verification and tagging services to large enterprise customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, team mobilization, execution tracking, client coordination, and timely delivery of projects within budget and quality parameters.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

o Create project plan and ensure adherence

o Manage & Mobilize team as per resource requirements

• Team & Resource Management:

o Monitor daily productivity, ensure data quality, and address on-ground challenges

o Train and guide tagging team on SOPs

o Motivate and push team for a speeding up the projects

o Develop and implement creative strategies to incentivize and motivate the team

• Client Coordination & Reporting:

o Act as the primary point of contact for customers during project execution

o Share regular progress updates, MIS reports, and issue logs

o Coordinate sign-offs and ensure smooth client experience

o Flags potential delays or issues early.

o Works proactively with both client and internal team to resolve problems

o Ensures all communications are recorded for reference and accountability.

Problem-Solving:

Identifying issues, analyzing root causes, and implementing effective solutions.

Operational Excellence:

o Ensure adherence to quality standard and tagging policies

o Collaborate with internal team for software readiness & troubleshooting

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance/ Operations/ Business, or related fields

3+ years of experience in project management. Project management certification will be highly

preferred

Strong leadership and team management abilities

Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and project management tools

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Willingness to travel across client locations (PAN India)
