LIBROS is an Online Library of Physical Books with a fast-growing member base across Pune. We are hiring a dynamic Operations Supervisor to streamline deliveries, manage vendors, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Position: Operations Manager / Supervisor

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 2–3 years Last Mile Experience

Languages: Marathi, English, Hindi

Skills: Good communication (English), basic computer skills, MS Excel.

Location : Pimple Saudagar, Pune

Lead the Team of Delivery Executives.

Plan & Optimise delivery routes across Pune.

Ensure 48-hour delivery timeline.

Timely Return Pickup.

Search, evaluate, and follow up with vendors.

Analyse data on Excel.

Maintain records & simple operational processes.

Light customer communication when needed.

Basic understanding of books/categories
